Features
- Automatic product detection with photocells; two feeding types-manual and automatic; centrally-folder film available to be sealed on the three other sides to realize the fully automatic shrink wrapping
- Color Touch Screen Display interface (CTSDI) with working data processing ability and data memory enabling the operator to call up the needed data form the database. Error info shown on the screen with auto inspection enabling the operator to do emendation easily
- Continuous side sealing without product length limit
- Logo locating function applicable when printed film in use
- Cross sealing controlled by servo motor to ensure accurate positioning and perfect sealing time; long-time stable operation of sealing blade guaranteed by double puling poles; Thermostatic sealing system compatible with POF and other industrial shrink film
- Real high speed unmanned operation via adjustable speed feeding system and roll storage table optional product distribution system for various different products
- SM-5030LX high speed hot wind shrink tunnel adopts roll conveyor belt covered hot proof silicone tube, each roller can be rotated, visible window shows shrink process in tunnel
- Uniform temperature compatible with PVC, POF and other different shrink film Circular hot wind and adjustable conveyor speed to reach best shrink effect upon different packaging requirements
- Inner insulate shell results info circle hot wind, adjust convey speed to reach best shrink effect for different packaging request
- Finger pushing conveyor or belt conveyor equipped to control equal distance between each two products to reach higher speed and better shrink effect
